Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

Please note that once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned or refunded, as digital goods are considered delivered once they are accessed. If your purchase has not been downloaded or accessed and you are within the 30-day period, you may be eligible for a refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the digital product:

  • Must not have been downloaded or accessed after purchase.
  • Must still be within the 30-day period from the date of purchase.
  • Must not be a product marked as non-refundable (such as a promotional or discounted item).

We do not accept refund requests for the following:

  • Downloadable software or eBooks that have been accessed.
  • Digital files such as PDFs, eBooks, music, videos, or other content that has been downloaded or used.
  • Gift cards or digital vouchers.

Refund Process

Once your refund request is received, we will review it to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria. If approved, we will notify you via email and process the refund. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days, depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement again to ensure the refund hasn’t been processed.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Refunds

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Sale or promotional items (only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund).
  • Digital products that have been accessed or downloaded after purchase.
  • Any items where usage has been initiated after delivery (including digital downloads or access codes).

Exchanges

Since we sell digital products, exchanges are generally not applicable. However, if you experience any technical issues or if the product was defective (such as a corrupted file), please reach out to us at coopdaoigmir@gmail.com , and we will provide support or issue a replacement if necessary.

Gifts

If the product was purchased as a gift and delivered directly to you, and you are eligible for a refund, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once your refund is approved, a digital gift certificate will be sent to your email.

If the gift was not directly delivered to you but instead given by the purchaser, any approved refund will be sent to the original purchaser, and they will be notified about the refund.

Technical Issues

If you experience any technical issues with accessing or downloading your product, please contact us at coopdaoigmir@gmail.com . We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Technical issues do not automatically qualify for a refund but may be eligible for a replacement or support.

Important Notes on Refunds for Digital Products

  • Refunds for digital products are handled on a case-by-case basis. While we aim to provide the best customer experience, please understand that once a digital product has been accessed, it is considered “used,” and refunds are no longer possible.
  • We recommend ensuring that your device meets any necessary requirements for the product before purchase.
